Service Description
Online personal training from one off sessions to ongoing programmes. Sessions that: Are designed & tailored to meet your goals. Are available online every Tuesday. (with support/programme for the week via a bespoke app for clients following ongoing programmes). Offer sensitive & confidential guidance & supportive. Offer fitness, lifestyle & wellbeing support. Offer a dedicated highly individualised focus. Specialisms in outdoor training & exercise referral ( an advanced qualification that enable me to work with people with and recovering from a variety of health conditions, and those with more complex health needs). A robust, yet holistic & sensitive, approach that takes mind, body and spirit into account. Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hrs before hand. Cancellations made within 24hrs notice cannot be re-scheduled. Sessions are non refundable, but you have a reasonable and generous window in which to rebook. As long as the session is cancelled at least 24 hrs prior.
