A one off session. Similar to PT offering, but with more focus on looking more broadly at diet, goals, metrics, setting targets, and exploring ways that you can integrate new habits & changes into your every day life. This will still involve a shorter workout, but more time will be allocated to exploring goals and realistic lifestyle adaptations. This is intended more as a one off session. To be booked individually, no more than up to 5 or 6 times per year. Whereas PT can be booked as a one off or ongoing weekly. You are welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hrs before hand. Cancellations made within 24hrs notice cannot be re-scheduled. Sessions are non refundable, but you have a reasonable and generous window in which to rebook. As long as the session is cancelled at least 24 hrs prior.
